We want you to be completely satisfied with ServHub. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • First-time purchases of Professional or Business subscriptions
  • Requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • Subscriptions that have not been previously refunded

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email support@mitikasha.com with your order details
  2. Include the email address used for purchase
  3. Refunds are processed through our payment partner within 5-10 business days
  4. Refunds are credited to the original payment method

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • You will retain access to Free tier features
  • Your vendor profile will revert to basic listing status
  • Completed bookings and customer reviews will remain visible

Subscription Renewals

Refunds for subscription renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge for consideration.

Service Booking Refunds

Refunds for individual service bookings made through ServHub are handled by the service provider directly. Platform subscription refunds do not include refunds for services booked through vendors.
