We want you to be completely satisfied with SelfBit. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • First-time purchases of Premium or Pro subscriptions
  • Requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • Subscriptions that have not been previously refunded

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email support@mitikasha.com with your order details
  2. Include the email address used for purchase
  3. Refunds are processed through our payment partner within 5-10 business days
  4. Refunds are credited to the original payment method

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • You will retain access to Free tier features
  • Any platform tokens purchased will be forfeited
  • Your data will remain stored according to our Privacy Policy

Subscription Renewals

Refunds for subscription renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge for consideration.

In-App Purchases

Token packs and one-time in-app purchases are non-refundable once consumed. Unused token packs may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase.
