What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
- You will retain access to Free tier features
- Any platform tokens purchased will be forfeited
- Your data will remain stored according to our Privacy Policy
Subscription Renewals
Refunds for subscription renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge for consideration.
In-App Purchases
Token packs and one-time in-app purchases are non-refundable once consumed. Unused token packs may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase.
