Refunds are available for:
- First-time purchases of Mobile Pro, Creator, or Studio Pro subscriptions
- Requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase
- Subscriptions that have not been previously refunded
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email support@mitikasha.com with your order details
- Include the email address used for purchase
- Refunds are processed through our payment partner within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
- You will retain access to Guest tier features (join-only)
- Session hosting capabilities will be disabled
- Cloud recordings will be available for download for 30 days
- Your account and session history will be preserved
Subscription Renewals
Refunds for subscription renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge for consideration.
Session Hours
Unused session hours from the current billing period are non-transferable after a refund. If you've used a significant portion of your monthly hours, partial refunds may be considered.
